September 18, 2008,With many people immigrating to the state, Thane Guardian Minister Ganesh Naik says that in the coming future the two assembly seats of Navi Mumbai will become four.
In a recent event, when Thane Guardian Minister Ganesh Naik was posed a question on the on going registration of voters in voters list, the Minister said that in the coming future the two assembly seats of Navi Mumbai will become four. Regions in Thane have reached its saturation point while Navi Mumbai being a massively developing city lined with many IT companies and BPOs, the numbers of migrants will keep multiplying in the coming few years. Hence, while he said that he believed the concerned authorities to make a genuine voters list, he also added that in the near future, four new voters association would be formed in Navi Mumbai.
